Mr. Rudi Coetzee receives CISM certification
NXme's Senior Security Specialist Mr. Rudi Coetzee passed the Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) examination in December 2008 provided by ISACA.
He had to gain more risk management experience before applying for the certification and was accredited on 15 March 2010.
Description of CISM Certification
The process of achieving the certification has a two phased approach:
- The candidate must pass the exam which is scheduled twice a year
- There after submit verified evidence of a minimum of five years of information security work experience, with a minimum of three years of information security management work experience in three or more of the job practice analysis areas
